This scratching post is a real hit! Our cat Carlos didn’t mind at all that his old, worn-out post was thrown out. It was love at first sight whilst we were putting it together, and he’s now making full use of all the parts. The posts are incredibly sturdy and of excellent quality.
Unfortunately, the ‘funky rebel’ (the toy with the pom-pom and feathers) did break quite quickly due to Carlos’s enthusiasm. When I emailed them about this, they kindly explained that these toys are designed to come apart a bit more easily for safety reasons. This prevents the cat from getting tangled up in them, and they’re mainly intended as a fun little extra for the initial introduction.
What’s more, they sent me a new one straight away, free of charge. Such lovely people and what brilliant service! We and Carlos are very happy with this scratching post 😻😄

I recently bought the Interstate 178 Pepper for my two cats because their old scratching post was due for replacement. It really is a wonderful scratching post: very good, sturdy quality, lovely soft padding, a beautiful colour, easy to assemble thanks to the excellent instructions and the Allen key provided, and neatly packaged too – in short, a truly luxurious product for cats. And although my two cats were rather indignant that I’d taken down their old scratching post, they’re now very happy with their new one. We’re big fans!
