2. Contractual partner, contract conclusion
The selling contract is concluded with PR-Pet B.V..
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an online catalog. You can initially insert our products non-binding in the cart and correct your entries before sending your binding order. During this procedure, you can correct your order at any time by using the purpose of the order procedure laid down and explained proofing tools. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items in the cart. The confirmation of the order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated email. With this e-mail confirmation of the purchase contract has been concluded.
A binding contract may also previously come about as follows:
- If you choose the payment method PayPal, the contract comes into effect on the date of your credit card payment to PayPal.
- If you choose the payment method SOFORTBANKING, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of payment instruction to the SOFORT GmbH.
The available language for contract conclusion is English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our conditions via e-mail. The terms and conditions can be viewed on this page have at any time. Due to security reasons, your previous orders are no longer available via the Internet.
3. Terms of delivery
Additionally to the item price itself, there will be an added freight costs. For details of freight costs, we refer to our offers and to our dispatch conditions. We only provide the transport route. A collection of the goods is not possible We do not deliver to packing stations.
4. Payment
In our shop you have the following payment methods available:
Credit card
Your credit card will be charged after you have received the goods.
Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered at Paypal in principle or to register first. Legitimation has to be done with your login data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You’ll get more information during the ordering process.
SOFORT Banking
We also offer Sofort-Banking (immediate transfer). Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire order process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Via the secure payment form of SOFORT-Banking, they provide automatically in real time a transfer in your online bank account. This process is not accessible to vendors. The purchase amount is transferred instantly and directly into the bank account of the merchant. When choosing the payment SOFORT-Banking, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank account. Moreover, the transfer amount and the purpose are displayed in the form already. You need to choose the country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Basically, every Internet user can take the SOFORT-Banking as a payment method. All you need is an unlocked online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure. 5. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment.
6. Damages in transit
If goods are delivered with obvious damages, please claim such errors immediately to the deliverer and contact us immediately by return. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal rights and their enforcement, especially for your warranty rights. But you help us to plead our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. Guarantee and Warranty
The legal warranty for defects is valid. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and the exact conditions can be found at each product and on specific information pages in the shop.

For claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents, we are liable always unlimited
