This is a very sturdy cat tree, perfect for our Maine Coon-ish cat to jump onto and clamber over. As well as being solid and heavy enough to support him, the bed on top is very comfortable, and has become a favoured spot in our house. Its height makes it an excellent vantage point for him to look out of the window to survey his "kingdom". It is also serving well as a scratching post - particularly so because its height let's him stretch up as he's doing so. Finally, although it includes a lower-height platform and bed, it works just as well without these - ideal because neither of our cats seem to like using such mezzanine facilities. -
