Recordings started
The latest recordings of our newest models have started. We rented an abandoned factory hall for a day so that our Mr. Rebel with cat to shine.

New! Ragdoll 230, for large or active cats
This gigantic scratching furniture is ideal for large cats and households with more cats. And it is also the largest in our range. Active cats can also indulge themselves with the Ragdoll 230, because they have a lot of space for scratching, climbing and of course for lounging. This eye-catcher of no less than 105 kilos can take a beating, because the trunks are 20 cm thick and are therefore super strong and stable.

New models and trend colors
Hooray, our new collection is out! And how proud we are of that. Rightly so – we think so – because we have added many new models. Nice: this year we pay extra attention to our smallest fans. Under the label Little Rebels we designed a beautiful collection for kittens and little Rebels.

Opening new warehouse and showroom
Petrebels is growing! Super nice of course, but that meant that our warehouse became too small. So move. And because many people like to see and feel our products in ‘real life’, a large showroom also had to be added.
After some searching we found the perfect location in Schijndel. And that was of course worth celebrating. We celebrated our move with 160 great people – grilling, laughing, toasting and dancing to the notes of the band Screaming Billy. Yes! And of course everyone could immediately admire our latest collection

Cats love our scratching posts. We already show that with our beautiful photos. But you can see it even better on video. That’s why we filmed our own Rebel Freddie extensively testing and inspecting our 125 different models.

Petrebels on RTL4
The popular TV show Lifestyle Experience wanted to learn more about the characters of cats. We get it, because those fluffy Rebels are of course super fun and interesting. RTL asked us if we wanted to tell you more about cat characters and which scratching posts fit them best.
We were happy to do that, of course, because we know everything about cats. And if we do say so ourselves: it turned out to be a really fun video. Watch the video below for the broadcast. Starring: founders Dennis and Detlef and of course our own Rebel Yvonne.

Interzoo 2018
Last month, Petrebels exhibited for the first time at Interzoo – the largest international trade fair for the pet industry. The fact that we showed our 2018/2019 collection at such a beautiful fair was a celebration in itself. But we’re not Petrebels if we don’t put up some extra garlands.
We arranged for a real baristo to serve coffee from a tuk-tuk (that’s one of those cool little tricycles from Asia). And anyone who wanted could come and sing. The result? At our purple stand there was a party for four days! Visitors came from no less than sixty different countries – and we will not soon forget them.

Petrebels goes to Japan!
Did you know that there are 8.5 million cats in Japan? Not surprising, of course, because cats are very popular there as pets. So it was high time that our beautiful scratching posts would also be available in the land of the rising sun.
After all, our mission is to make cats all over the world happy. Fortunately, we quickly found a dealer who will ensure that every household in Japan can buy a real Petrebels scratching post from 2018 onwards. How cool!

Belgium is also turning purple
It is just 2017 and we have done it: we have found a dealer in Belgium! And suddenly things are moving very quickly, because from the beginning of 2018 our scratching posts will already be delivered to the first Belgian pet shops. And we are also going to the ANIDO trade fair in Kortrijk
Come along to the fair, because there we will show our entire collection and tell you all about it. Founders Detlef and Dennis are happy with it: ‘Belgium has many professional pet stores and we want to make them all as purple as possible. We are therefore very happy with this step towards our southern neighbors and are confident that, after the Netherlands, Belgium will also quickly become acquainted with the quality and innovation of Petrebels.

Petrebels goes USA!
We have already conquered Europe and Asia with our cool products, so now it’s North America’s turn! Because everyone has to get to know Petrebels there too. We like good weather, so Alaska was not an option. Sunny California it is!
From there we will conquer the American market with our innovative scratching posts of the very best quality. So hold on USA because here we come!
